Pure Encapsulations Hair, Skin and Nails Ultra combines vitamins, minerals and selected nutrients in a targeted daily supplement. The two-capsule serving includes vitamin C, biotin and zinc alongside BioCell CollagenĀ®, grape seed extract, CoQ10 and silica, bringing a broad mix of ingredients together in one formula.
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails, while biotin helps maintain normal hair and skin. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. The formula also provides folate, vitamin B3, copper and manganese.
Each daily serving contains 500mg of BioCell CollagenĀ®, a source of hydrolysed collagen, chondroitin sulphate and hyaluronic acid. This is complemented by 140mg of grape seed extract and 60mg of CoQ10. With two capsules taken together each day, the formula is easy to incorporate into an established supplement routine.
