Use as the final step in your daily skincare routine. Apply a generous amount to your face and neck and re-apply frequently throughout the day.
To help you know how much sunscreen to use, try the two-finger method: apply two lines of sunscreen to the entire length of your index and middle fingers, from the base to the tip, then apply the sunscreen to your face and neck.
Avoid peak times of sun exposure (11am – 3pm) where possible.
